ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, NY - The Bard College Department of Athletics & Recreation held its Athletics Awards Banquet on Tuesday, with many students earning department honors for their seasons and careers as Bard Raptors.
The event was again hosted by Howard Megdal '07, who began the night by introducing Bard President Dr. Leon Botstein, who said a few words to congratulate the students and teams on their performances over the last year.
In addition to President Botstein, Director of Athletics & Recreation
David Lindholm also said a few words, and then Megdal turned the stage over to the student-athletes, who were presenters for each of the Program Awards given out on Tuesday evening. Staff from both inside and outside the athletic department presented other awards, and SAAC President
Adi David gave that organization's award to
Armando Dunn, who has been exceptionally supportive to student-athletes this year in many ways.
Video from the awards presentation can be found
