2023 Outdoor: Competed in five meets during the season…finished fourth in the 400 meters at Danny Curran Invitational…finished second in the 200 meters at the Vassar April Invitational…finished second in the 800 meters at the Trinity Invitational…improved 800 meters time at the Liberty League Championship.  
 
2022 Outdoor: Competed in five meets during the season…finished first at the Vassar College April Invitational for the 800 meters…another first place finish at 13th Eastern Connecticut State for the 800 meters…finished 2nd in the 800 meters at the Liberty League Championship.
 
2021 Outdoor: Competed in two meets during the season…represented the Raptors in the Liberty League Championship with a new PR in the 200 meters…finished third in the Vassar/Union/Bard Triangular in the 400 meters and fifth in the 200 meters.  
 
2022-23 Indoor: Competed in six meets during the season…finished first in the 4x400 meters at Suffolk Relays…finished fourth in the Ramapo College Opener in the 600 meters…finished second in the 800 meters at the Liberty League Championship…finished fourth in the 400 meters at Utica Blue and Orange Invite.
 
2021-22 Indoor: Competed in four meets during the season…finished seventh in the 4x400 meters at Middlebury Invitational and ninth in the 800 meters…improved 400 PR from 53.16 to 52.13 at the Liberty League Championship.

High School: Captain of the varsity cross country and track & field teams.
