Feedback Form

This form is designed for all members of our community to provide feedback, voice concerns, and/or share experiences to Bard Athletics and Recreation staff. We hope you will share any feedback, positive or negative, that will help us provide a safe, equitable, and healthy environment for all who interact with our department.

Anonymous submissions are accepted, but we encourage you to leave your name and contact information if you would like a response.

Submissions to this form are read by Stefanie Carrington (Director of Athletics and Recreation/Senior Woman Administrator). Dumaine Williams (Vice President for Student Affairs) also have access to all submissions, and our staff will follow up with other departments on campus as needed to address concerns.

BARD COLLEGE RESOURCES AND REPORTING CHANNELS

Reporting harassment, discrimination, and stalking violations

Please contact the Dean of Student Affairs office (dosa@bard.edu), Human Resources (hr@bard.edu), Title IX Coordinator (titleix@bard.edu), Dean of the College (doc@bard.edu), or Office of Safety and Security (security@bard.edu). Reports of harassment, discrimination, and stalking may also be made anonymously to the Misconduct Reporting Line at 888-323-4198; however, it is important to note that this is not a confidential reporting line. Individual identities may be disclosed through the process of investigation. Reports made to the Misconduct Reporting Line telephone number will be received by and responded to by a firm outside of the Bard community, who will assess the reported violation and refer it to the appropriate authorities for action.

Reporting a bias incident or hate crime

If you believe that you have been the victim of a bias incident or hate crime, or if you believe one has occurred, you are strongly encouraged to report it as quickly as possible via Bard’s online reporting tool. Just click here.

Confidential Resources

Those who desire the details of an incident to be kept confidential should speak with mental health counselors, medical providers, or members of the clergy. These persons are not required to disclose information unless there is a concern for imminent health and safety of the student or others. Bard College students may seek confidential support from on-campus resources such as BRAVE (845-758-7460 Bard Security will connect you to a counselor), Health and Counseling Services (845-758-7433), and the College Chaplaincy (mwilliams@bard.edu). Employees may access confidential resources through Bard’s Employee Assistance Program by visiting the Guidance Resources page (https://www.guidanceresources.com/groWeb/login/login.xhtml, organization Web ID COM589), or calling 800-272-7255 (TDD 800.697.0353).
