Reporting harassment, discrimination, and stalking violations
Please contact the Dean of Student Affairs office (dosa@bard.edu), Human Resources (hr@bard.edu), Title IX Coordinator (titleix@bard.edu), Dean of the College (doc@bard.edu), or Office of Safety and Security (security@bard.edu). Reports of harassment, discrimination, and stalking may also be made anonymously to the Misconduct Reporting Line at 888-323-4198; however, it is important to note that this is not a confidential reporting line. Individual identities may be disclosed through the process of investigation. Reports made to the Misconduct Reporting Line telephone number will be received by and responded to by a firm outside of the Bard community, who will assess the reported violation and refer it to the appropriate authorities for action.

Confidential Resources
Those who desire the details of an incident to be kept confidential should speak with mental health counselors, medical providers, or members of the clergy. These persons are not required to disclose information unless there is a concern for imminent health and safety of the student or others. Bard College students may seek confidential support from on-campus resources such as BRAVE (845-758-7460 Bard Security will connect you to a counselor), Health and Counseling Services (845-758-7433), and the College Chaplaincy (
