Equity in Athletics Report
The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act requires co-educational institutions of post-secondary education that participate in a Title IV, federal student financial assistance program, and have an intercollegiate athletic program, to prepare an annual report to the Department of Education.

This report must be made available upon request to students, prospective students, and the public by October 15.  The EADA report for Bard College can be obtained by contacting Director of Athletics Stefanie Carrington at
