The Bard College men's cross country team placed ninth at the 2023 Liberty League Championships held Saturday at Seneca Lake State Park in Geneva, N.Y. 
 
Clemente Esponilla paced Bard with a time of 27:36, crossing the finish line in 62nd place. Elijah Flynn was the team's No. 2 runner, finishing 76th in 28:34.
 
Jack Keelan was Bard's No. 3, running 29:51.6, while Bo Hopwood and Able Bloodgood finished consecutively with respective times of 30:13 and 30:18.

Bard and Hobart had a three point difference for 8th and 9th place.  

Bard will now train for the NCAA Mideast Regionals, which will be held in two weeks in Westfield, Mass.
