POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Bard College men's basketball team lost to Vassar College, 90-69, in a Liberty League game on Friday night.
The Raptors were down nine at the break but Vassar broke the game open in the second half.
"Congrats to Vassar on a well-played game," Bard coach
Michael Lenahan said. "They were ready for us tonight."
Fifteen different players scored for Bard, led by
Stam Koulouris, who had 10 points.
Kevin Le had eight points, while
Henry Meyers and
Heston Tucker added seven apiece off the bench.
"We have shown that we can handle a loss like this and bounce back," Lenahan said, "and we get a chance to do that tomorrow."
The Raptors play at Union on Saturday afternoon.
