Box Score
PURCHASE, N.Y. - Brianna Bean scored twice in a three-minute span in the second half, and Abbey Labrecque had a goal and an assist as the Bard College women's soccer team topped Purchase College, 3-1, in a non-league game on Thursday night.

It was scoreless at halftime, but in the first minute of the second half, Labrecque hit the post with a shot, then put in her own rebound to give the Raptors (5-10-2) a 1-0 lead.

In the 59th minute, Labrecque hit a cross that was collected by Bean and put behind Purchase keeper Jess Lindsay (Rochester, NY); Bean followed that up 2:49 later, this time off a cross from Ryan O'Connell, and Bard led, 3-0.

Purchase (5-11) got on the board when Gia Sergovich (Watervliet, NY) scored on a penalty kick in the 78th minute. Bard outshot Purchase 22-5, and had the edge in corners, 8-1.

Kelsey O'Brien made three saves for Bard. The Raptors have two games remaining. They host Vassar on Tuesday night at 7 - it'll be Senior Night - then travel to Utica College for the season finale on Nov. 2.
