The Tigers, 8-5 overall and 4-2 in the Liberty League, dominated throughout, outshooting Bard 21-5 and keeping the Raptors from producing a shot on goal. Bard's best chance to score came midway through the first half, when Perry Scheetz rocketed a free kick just over the net on a free kick from 25 yards out.

Ashlene Potter (Rotterdam, NY) scored twice for the winners, who next play on Saturday at Vassar at 2 p.m.

Bard (4-10-1, 0-5-1 Liberty League) got seven saves from Lena James, and three saves from Amy Strawbridge, as they split the goaltending duties.

The Raptors take on 18th-ranked William Smith College in a Liberty League game on Saturday at 2 in Geneva, N.Y.
