ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - In the regular season finale for both teams, the Bard College women's soccer team lost a non-conference game to SUNY New Paltz, 3-0, on Thursday night.
SUNY New Paltz, 7-8-3 overall, is the No. 6 seed heading into the SUNYAC playoffs. The Hawks play at No. 3 Buffalo State on Saturday.
Bard, 9-8 overall, is the No. 3 seed heading into the Skyline Conference playoffs. The Raptors host No. 6 Sage on Saturday at 1.
SUNY New Paltz, which had the better of the possession and scoring chances all night, got two goals from sophomore Shelby Kondelka (Bloomingburg, NY) and one from senior Vanessa Rogers (Staten Island, NY).
