ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - Bard College Head Women's Lacrosse Coach
Tucker Glass has announced that he is stepping down to pursue other opportunities.
"I appreciate the tremendous responsibility and honor it was to have been the Head Coach of the Bard Women's Lacrosse team over the past few years as well as a member of this athletic department," Glass said. "This is a relationship business and I am grateful to the colleagues, students, and faculty who afforded me the opportunity to be a part of it all during my time here. I will forever treasure my time at Bard and the experiences with our students on and off the field, and I am excited to watch the growth of this current team as well as future teams during the next era of the program."
Glass arrived at Bard in January of 2019 and saw the Raptors through one entire season, and a 3-0 start in 2020 before the COVID-19 pandemic ended the season.
"I want to thank Tucker for all he gave Bard and the team in his time here," said Interim Athletic Director
David Lindholm. "He has helped the students and the squad to grow and develop through all the challenges related to the pandemic, and is leaving the program in a position to succeed moving forward. Everyone here wishes Tucker and his family nothing but the best in the future."
A national search for his replacement is under way.
