Five Women’s Lacrosse Student-Athletes named to the 2026 CSC Division III Academic All-District Team

ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Five members of the Bard College women's lacrosse team were honored as the 2026 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Division III Academic All-District At-Large Team, an award that recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performance on the court and in the classroom. The five students honored were sophomores Rian Sullivan, Goldie Siff, and seniors Gwyn Downey, Ella Perreault, and Lily Seale.

Sophomore Rian Sullivan is majoring in Biology. She started all 14 games for the Raptors in 2026. Sullivan recorded five goals, seven assists, 12 points, 19 ground balls, 13 caused turnovers, and 10 draw controls. She also recorded four assists vs Anna Maria, tied for 4th best in Bard program history. Sullivan is also a member of the Liberty League All-Academic Team.

Sophomore Goldie Siff is majoring in Mathematics. She played in 13 games, recording 4 ground balls, and 3 caused turnovers. Siff is also a member of the Women's Soccer team, earning Liberty League All-Academic honors in both sports.

Senior Gwyn Downey is majoring in Literature & Middle Eastern Studies. She started 12 games for the Raptors this season. Downey recorded 12 ground balls, 12 caused turnovers, and two draw controls. She is also a three-time Liberty League All-Academic Team member and was named to the CSC Academic All-District team last season.

Senior Ella Perreault is majoring in Human Rights. She started all 14 games for Bard. Perreault contributed one goal, two assists, 21 ground balls, 18 caused turnovers, and 17 draw controls. She is also a two-time Liberty League All-Academic Team member and was named to the CSC Academic All-District team last season. 

Senior Lily Seale is majoring in Economics. She appeared in 13 games, starting in six. Seale tallied one caused turnover this season. She is also a three-time Liberty League All-Academic Team member.

To be nominated for the At-Large Academic All-District Team, the athlete must have a GPA of 3.50 or above and must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. The student-athlete has to have competed in 90% of the team's total games played or have started 66% of the team's total games. The Academic All-District Team is selected by the College Sports Communicators.
