ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Bard College women's tennis team lost to Union College, 8-1, in a Liberty League match on Saturday afternoon.

The Dutchwomen, 6-6 overall and 2-2 in the Liberty League, won all three doubles matches, then five of the six singles matches to earn a conference victory. Bard fell to 7-7 overall, 0-3.

All of the singles matches were won in straight sets, including Bella Martinez's 6-1, 6-2 victory at No. 5.

Bard is right back on the court on Sunday, as they head to Troy for a Liberty League game at RPI.
