SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - The Union College women's lacrosse team scored five goals in the first 7:27 of the game and went on to defeat Bard College, 15-4, in a Liberty League game on Friday afternoon.

The Dutchwomen, 6-4 overall and 4-1 in the Liberty League, led 9-1 at halftime. Thirteen different players scored for the winners, who outshot Bard 24-7 and went 12-of-13 on clear attempts. Freshman Sarah Rider (Greenwich, CT) led Union with two goals and two assists.

Bard (3-7, 0-4 Liberty League) got three goals from Joanna Regan and a single goal from Alexandra Clarke.
