NEWBURGH, N.Y. - The Bard College women's tennis team defeated Mount St. Mary College, 7-2, in the completion of a weather-suspended match on Wednesday night.

The Raptors, 5-1, have won five in a row for the first time since 2010.

Bard swept the three doubles matches and won four of the six singles matches. Albina Muzafarova (No. 2), Nelle Plotkin (No. 3), Harriette Slagle (No. 5) and Amanda Gan (No. 6) each won in straight sets.

The Raptors will next compete in the USTA/ITA Regionals hosted by William Smith College this weekend.
