ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Bard College women's tennis team is on a roll.
The Raptors defeated Sarah Lawrence College, 7-2, on Saturday afternoon - their fourth straight victory.

The doubles matches were tough and evenly played. Bard took two out of three:
Julia DeFabo and
Albina Muzafarova prevailed, 8-4, at No. 1, while
Nelle Plotkin and
Harriette Slagle won, 8-5, at No. 2.
Bard won five of the six singles matches, including one by injury default. DeFabo had to win a second set tiebreaker to defeat Nora Landes (Los Angeles, CA) at No. 1 singles, 6-2, 7-6 (7-0). Plotkin, Slagle,
Tanya Leibman and
Caia Diepenbrock won their singles matches in straight sets.
Bard (4-1) will travel to Newburgh, N.Y., on Wednesday evening to complete a match that was halted by rain at Mount Saint Mary College. It will be an opportunity to match the five-game winning streak enjoyed by the 2010 team.
