ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The Bard College women's lacrosse team opened the Liberty League portion of its schedule with a 23-0 loss to Rochester Institute of Technology on Friday afternoon.

The Tigers (6-2 overall, 1-0 Liberty League) outshot Bard 39-12 and had a 31-18 edge in ground balls. The winners were led by sophomore Marlee Vlassis (Syracuse, NY), who had three goals and two assists. Senior goalkeeper Catelyn Krane (Palmyra, NY) made 10 saves.

Bard (4-3, 0-1) got 12 saves from Maddy Huggins. The Raptors next play the University of Rochester on Saturday at 3 p.m. You can follow that game via Live Stats or Live Video right here.
