MAHWAH, N.J. - The Bard College women's tennis team saw its winning streak end at five with an 8-1 loss to Ramapo College in a non-league match on Wednesday night.

Senior Julia DeFabo picked up Bard's only victory, and it came at No. 1 singles over Carly Agrifolio, 6-3, 0-6, 11-9.

Ramapo (8-1) won the rest of the singles matches in straight sets, and swept the doubles matches. Bard is 5-2.

Up next for Bard is a non-league match at Marywood University in Scranton, Pa., on Sunday afternoon.
