Box Score ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Bard College women's basketball had an amazing second half and broke a 13-year-old scoring record in a victory over Yeshiva University on Tuesday night.

Box score

After shooting 34 percent from the field and finishing the first half with a 36-21 lead, the Raptors made 61 percent of their second half field goals (25-for-41) and rolled to an 88-48 non-league win over the Maccabees.

The previous scoring record for a Bard's women's basketball team came on Dec. 11, 1999, when Bard beat Becker College, 87-79. This game obviously wasn't nearly as close.

Bard, 3-0 for the first time since the 2007-08 season, had a dominant rebounding edge (57-37) and had four players finish in double figures. Freshman Tytravia Riley, who was named the Liberty League Rookie of the Week on Monday, has 20 points and 12 rebounds. Junior Victoria Fleisher had 19 points and four assists; senior Imani Jones had 15 points and six rebounds; and senior Ruth Lakew came off the bench with 6-of-7 shooting from the field and 12 points. Sophomore Liz Freud contributed eight points, five rebounds and six assists, and junior Treyonna Frazier chipped in with five points and nine rebounds.

Yeshiva, 1-2, got 13 points and nine rebounds from Stephanie Greenberg (Cedarhurst, NY).

Bard is off until Nov. 28, when it will host College of New Rochelle in a non-league game. Game time has been moved from 7 to 8 p.m.
