ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The first half of Sunday's women's basketball game was going just the way Bard wanted it to.
The Raptors were making their shots, defending well and rebounding effectively. They had a 19-8 lead over Pine Manor College with 7:58 left in the first half.
Pine Manor rallied to take a one-point halftime lead, then slowly pulled away in the second half en route to a 54-47 non-league victory over Bard.
