Box Score The Bard College Women's Lacrosse team found a bright spot in the their 15-4 loss to the College of Mount Saint Vincent Dolphins last night at the Lorenzo Ferrari Soccer Field.
Bridget Reddington (Fr. - Caldwell, NJ) scored her first collegiate hat trick and the first hat trick in the short history of Bard Women's Lacrosse. It wouldn't be until 20 seconds into the second half when Reddington would score her first goal of the game. She would net her second goal almost ten minutes later. Her third and final goal to complete the hat trick came in the eleventh minute to finish off the scoring for the Raptors. Reddington scored her three goals on only four shots taken, she also grabbed six ground balls and won five draw controls. Bridget now has six goals on season to leads the Raptors.
Adriana Johnson (So. - Brookline, MA) also added a goal for the Raptors for her first of the season.
The Dolphins were led by Jessie Mitchell and Kelly Martin who combined for ten goals. Mitchell netted six goals on seven shots while also adding in three assists and six ground balls. Martin scored four goals on six shots and also had two assists. The Dolphins pick up their first win of the season and move to 1-3 (1-3 Skyline).
The Raptors drop to 0-3 (0-3 Skyline) on the season and will travel to Union, NJ to face off against the Cougars of Kean University on Friday, April 2 at 4pm.
