The no. 2 doubles duo of Joas Erasmus and Sam Marcus defeated their opponents to give Bard their lone point as the men's tennis team fell to Ramapo, 8-1 on Friday afternoon.
Erasmus and Marcus battled hard to defeat their opponents 8-6. The no.1 duo of Thanasis Kostikas and Faisal Jones fell to their opponents 8-5.
In singles, each Raptor won at least one game. Kostikas and Erasmus each won three games at their respective positions. Jones and Yashar Khan each won a game in their singles positions while Marcus rallied back from falling 6-0 in the first set to drop a 6-4 decision in the second set.
The Raptors will conclude their season when they take on Western Connecticut on Sunday at 1 p.m.
