ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – The Bard College men's tennis team fell in its home opener against Union on Wednesday afternoon by a 9-0 score. 

Bard (0-2, 0-2 Liberty League) won five singles games and six doubles games against Union (1-0, 1-0). The No. 2 doubles duo of Sam Marcus and Augustin Johnson won four games against their opponents, while No. 3 doubles duo of Yashar Khan and Johannes Furtwangler won two games. In singles, Marcus, Johnson and Khan all won a game, while sophomore Faisal Jones won two games. 

Bard will travel next Saturday to Ramapo for a 1 p.m. start.
