TROY, NY – The Bard women's tennis team played its third Liberty League match in less than a week on Wednesday afternoon, losing a 9-0 result at RPI.
 
The Raptors came up against a strong Engineers squad who won their fifth straight win, but Bard will return to action on Friday when the team visits William Patterson University on Friday afternoon.
 
Against RPI, the Raptors battled throughout the lineup, with Bella Ries at #2 singles and Lexi Sanchez at #6 each capturing a pair of games.
 
Bard has played six of its eight total Liberty League matches since the start of the spring season, and the team has only one conference match remaining, with the team visiting St. Lawrence on April 16.
 
The Raptors will close their season at home on Tuesday, April 25, hosting Saint Elizabeth University.
