The Bard College women's volleyball split a pair of matches on Saturday afternoon. Bard defeated NJCU early in the day, 3-1, before falling to host Lancaster Bible in five sets. 
Bard (11-18) received strong performances from several players, with senior 
Ryan Lum leading the way with 25 kills, and 41 digs, four aces. Fellow senior 
Emily Hall Smith totaled 23 kills, including a season-high 15 kills against NJCU, while 
Adi David led the team with 58 assists while adding four kills and 18 digs. 
Senior 
Puja Clements had five acces, including four aces against NJCU, and 18 digs. Fellow senior 
Annie Couey added three aces and 24 digs. Sophomore 
Becca Wintjen had a career-high 20 digs against NJCU and 11 digs against Lancaster Bible. Fellow sophomore 
Ella Small had 22 digs and two aces. First-year 
LaeAnna Riley had 12 kills and five blocks, while sophomore 
Abi Batingan had 10 kills and a block. 
Bard will conclude its season next Saturday when the team heads to Western Connecticut State for a tri-match against Rhode Island and Western Connecticut.
