ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Bard College men's soccer team opened up its season with a 3-1 win over Maritime College on Thursday night. 
Bard opened the scoring early off a set piece when 
Nick Agugliaro headed in a cross from 
Caleb Ribeiro in the 6th minute of the game. 
It remained 1-0 at halftime, but Bard doubled its lead with a few minutes into the second half when first-year 
Calvin Moe connected with classmate 
Isaiah Ortiz to give Bard a 2-0 lead in the 51st minute. 
Maritime scored 10 minutes later, but 
Kristian Krslovic headed in a corner from Ribeiro in the 74th minute, and Bard led, 3-1. Maritime saved a penalty kick later to keep the deficit at two.
Bard next hosts SUNY Canton on Saturday morning at 11.
