POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Bard College men's squash team competed in the Liberty League Championships on Saturday at Vassar.

Bard lost to Hobart and St. Lawrence, 9-0, and to Vassar, 8-1. Marty Graham rallied to defeat Vassar's Alex Wisneski at No. 1 in five games.

"Across the board, the players stepped up and showed improvement," Thorpe-Clark said. "As a young group, I look for commitment and effort, and I saw that today. The wins will come with time and experience."

"Everybody got better as the day went on," Thorpe-Clark said.

The event concludes on Sunday with two matches at Bard. The Raptors host Rochester at 10 a.m., and Rochester plays Hobart at noon. Only those with Bard IDs can attend.
