SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. - The Bard College women's squash team lost to Mount Holyoke College, 7-0, on Sunday.

The teams last met in November, and although Mount Holyoke won by the same score, Sunday's action was much more competitive, according to Bard coach Craig Thorpe-Clark.

"It was a stronger performance overall," Thorpe-Clark said. "Some real improvement from out last meeting in November. The team is trying to compete at a higher intensity level, physically and tactically, and it's not an overnight process."

The Liberty League Championships will be held next weekend.

"The team is committed and determined and looking forward to the Liberty League Championships," Thorpe-Clark said.
