Bard swept by 17th-ranked Skidmore

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - The Bard College women's tennis team was swept by 17th-ranked Skidmore College, 9-0, in a Liberty League match on Saturday afternoon.

The Thoroughbreds (3-0, 2-0 Liberty League) gave up just one game in winning the three doubles matches, and just three games in taking all six singles matches.

Bard (4-2, 0-2) next plays at Ramapo College on Oct. 5.
