ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y - The Bard College women's squash team lost to Vassar College, 7-2, on Saturday.
Bard's two wins came by default, but a couple of other matches were very close.
Riti Bahl battled lost in five games at No. 4 to Isabel Bronson, 8-11, 11-13, 11-8, 11-9 and 12-10. And there was a marathon match at No. 7, where Vassar's Mira Michael Gualteri fended off Bard's
Marlaina Yost, 10-12, 9-11, 11-8, 15-13, 18-16.
Up next for Bard are the College Squash Association Team Nationals, next weekend at Trinity College.
