POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Bard College men's squash team secured a close win Saturday afternoon, as the Raptors came back to beat Vassar College, 5-4.
With the win, Bard improved its record to 6-0, while Vassar dropped to 4-5 on the year. Dating back to the start of the 2015-16 season, the Raptors have now won the last seven meetings between the two Liberty League rivals.
Despite having Vassar's number over the past few seasons, the win Saturday didn't come quite as easy as expected.Â
The Raptors prevailed, 5-4, thanks in large part to their experience at the top of their lineup. No.1
Rhys Nordstrom, No. 2
