AURORA, N.Y. - The Bard College men's volleyball team lost to Wells College in straight sets Saturday afternoon.
Set scores for the contest were, 25-16, 25-12 and 25-16.
The loss moved the Raptors to 5-22 on the season, while the Express of Wells College now sit at 18-12 overall.
Bard struggled hitting the ball in the game, as the team finished with a -.154 hitting percentage. Wells finished with a .278 percentage overall. The Raptors also lost the errors battle, committing double the amount the Express did.
Alex Adams led the Raptors on the afternoon, with three kills, four aces and three blocks.
Mahir Sheikh finished with nine assists and
Tyler Zowaski recorded 11 digs.
Brannon Perdicho (Victor, NY) provided the best overall game for Wells, with his nine kills and 14 digs. Josh Undari (Manor Park, NY) added 16 assists in the win for the Express.
