It was the final home meet in the career of Bradford Johnson, Bard's only senior. Coach Brian Berg was quick to point out during pregame ceremonies that Johnson was the first men's swimming recruit in the history of the program.

Sophomore Dio Tzortzis was a triple winner for the third time in a week. He won the 200-free (in a school record 1:47.32), the 100-free and the 100-back. Derek Low won the 50-free and Kevin Barbosa beat Low to win the 100-fly.

All that remains in the 2016-17 season are the Upper New York State Collegiate Swimming Association Championships, to be held at Ithaca College, Feb. 15-18.
