BRONXVILLE, N.Y. - The Bard College men's volleyball team swept Sarah Lawrence College, 3-0, in a non-conference match on Wednesday night.

The Raptors, who have won four of their last five and six of their last eight, prevailed 25-10, 25-9 and 25-11. They hit a season-best .364 as a team.

Jesse Small led the way for Bard with eight kills (.538) and eight aces. Shane McDonald have five kills with no errors, Joseph Stier had 19 assists and three digs, and Tyler Zowaski led the winners with four digs.

Cameron Martinez (Aledo, TX) had three kills for the Gryphons, 0-5.

Bard (7-13) next hosts a United Volleyball Conference tri-match on Saturday. The Raptors will play Penn State-Behrend at 11, ninth-ranked NYU will play Behrend at 1:30, and Bard will face NYU at 4. All three matches can be followed via Live Stats or Live Video right here.
