ELMIRA, N.Y. - The Bard College men's volleyball team was defeated by 11th-ranked Elmira College, 3-0, in its final United Volleyball Conference match of the season on Sunday.

Set scores for the winners were 25-20, 25-17 and 25-22.

Elmira (14-6 overall, 5-3 UVC) got kills from 10 different players, led by Felix Garcia Ramos (San Juan, PR), who had eight kills. Michael Vellutato (Topanga, CA) had 32 assists.

Bard (5-19, 2-9 UVC) got seven kills from Shane McDonald, 22 assists from Henry Kasiske and 11 digs from Billy Williams.

The Raptors will next hit the road for a non-league contest at Lehman College on Tuesday.
