SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - The Bard College men's basketball team lost to Union, 77-53, in a Liberty League game on Saturday afternoon.
Bard led the game, 22-20, with 6:54 remaining in the first half, but Union went on a 13-0 run and took charge, winning the game going away.

Union shot 51 percent in the first half, and a stellar 61 percent in the second half to improve to 9-3 overall, 2-3 in the Liberty League.
Bard struggled with 34 percent shooting in both halves, and was 5-for-23 from beyond the three-point arc in the game. The Raptors are 3-8 overall, 1-2 in the Liberty League.
Union got 21 points, nine rebounds and five assists from junior Keven Donahue (Hudson Falls, NY) and 12 points apiece from Terell Winney (Scotia, NY) and Rusmir Dzanko (Essex Junction, VT).
Bard was led by freshman Francis Arnold, who led the team in three categories with 17 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
Matt Shubert added 13 points.
The Raptors next host RPI on Tuesday at 8 p.m.
