Kevin Larkin came to Bard in August of 2015.
A native of Bensalem, Pa., Larkin has been playing and coaching volleyball for several years. Most recently, he was the head men's volleyball coach at Hopewell Valley High School in Pennington, N.J.
Before that, he was a women's assistant coach at Frostburg State University (2012-14). Prior to Frostburg State, he was the head women's coach at Penn State-Abington (2009-11) and the head men's coach there from 2008-10. He was an assistant coach for both teams before taking the head men's job is 2008.
He started his collegiate coaching career at Penn State-Harrisburg, where he was the head women's coach from 2005-06.
A USA Volleyball Level I and IMPACT Certified coach, Larkin earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees in American Studies from Penn State University.
