Biography

2024 Bard Newcomer of the Year Award

2023-24: Competed in 11 singles and 10 doubles at the No. 1 spot in both formats…won five matches in singles and three in doubles…paired up with Paige Houghton in her first three No.1 doubles matches, and teamed up with Maya Kelly in the other seven…received the 2024 Bard Newcomer of the Year Award at the Bard Athletics Banquet.

Mogilev State Gymnasium and Vocational School of Arts: Hanna was on the Honor Roll…she was awarded a Letter of Thanks by the principal every year of her study there for her academic success and active participation in the competitive, concert, and social life of the school…she has been singing since she was three years old…she is a laureate of many international vocal contests and festivals…she plays the piano and enjoys singing in the choir…she also writes her own music.

She has been enjoying playing tennis since she was 10 years old…despite the fact that tennis was not so popular and developed in her city, she played it as often as possible…she is always looking to improve her game.

About Okalava: Hanna is the daughter of Dzianis Okalau and Tatsiana Kaleyeva…she has one sister named Varvara.
