Kaet Heupel came to Bard in August of 2015.
Kaet played collegiately at Div. III University of Chicago, where she was a member of the national runner-up squad (2003) and a national semifinalist (2005). A native of Illinois, she and her Libertyville teammates won the state championship in 2001.
She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Anthopology and Archeology at Columbia University. She received her B.A. from the University of Chicago, and her M.A. and M. Phil. from Columbia.
Kaet has been an instructor and mentor in Bard's Institute for Writing and Thinking, and a faculty instructor in Bard's Language & Thinking Program.Â
