Biography

2025: Was the first female baseball player to make an appearance in Bard’s program history…appeared in eight games, all in relief…pitched 10.1 innings, recording seven strikeouts…opposing batters hit 14-for-42, a .333 average…fourth best WHIP on the team, at 1.84…was one of four Raptors to record a win, pitching five no-hit innings in relief against MCLA…also recorded a career-high of four strikeouts in that game…fielded her position, recording two assists and a putout in three chances for a 1.000 fielding percentage.

Champlain Valley Union High School: Earned High Honors and Summa Cum Laude…recipient of the VSADA Scholar/Athlete Award…earned 6 varsity letters (2 in baseball, 4 in basketball)…named 2nd Team All-Metro Pitcher in 2023 and 2024…won the Palmer Athletic Award...recipient of the WPTZ Female Athlete of the Year award...currently a member of the USA Women's National Baseball Team (2022-present), and a 2024 WBSC Women's Baseball World Cup Silver Medalist.

About Berger: Daughter of Christopher and Elizabeth Berger…has two older sisters named Heidi and Leah…plans to major in Biology.
