Three Women’s Tennis Athletes named to the 2025-26 Division III Academic All-District Team

ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – The Bard College women's tennis team has three 2025-26 Division III Academic All-District honorees, an award that recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performance on the court and in the classroom. The three students honored are senior Paige Houghton and sophomores Patricia Santos and Jesse Radzik

Senior Paige Houghton is majoring in psychology. Houghton played at No. 1 singles seven times and No. 2 singles nine times. She played at No. 1 doubles in all 16 matches she was active for. Houghton is a 3-time Liberty League All-Academic team member and was named to the Division III Academic All-District team last season.

Sophomore Patricia Santos is majoring in film and electronic arts. Santos played at No. 1 singles once, No. 3 singles five times, No. 4 singles 11 times, and No. 5 singles once. She played at No. 1 doubles once, No. 2 doubles 12 times, and No. 3 doubles three times. Santos is a Liberty League All-Academic team member.

Sophomore Jesse Radzik is undeclared. Radzik played at No. 2 singles once, No. 3 singles once, No. 4 singles twice, No. 5 singles six times, and No. 6 singles six times. She played at No. 1 doubles once, No. 2 doubles five times, and No. 3 doubles eight times. Radzik is a Liberty League All-Academic team member.

To be recognized on the Academic All-District Team, a student-athlete must be a sophomore or higher in class standing and enrolled full-time with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50. The student-athletes need to be in the lineup for 75% of the team's total matches, including team scores. The Academic All-District Team is selected by the College Sports Communicators.
