Jimmy Famularo repeats as a 2025 Division III Academic All-District Team

ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Jimmy Famularo, a member of the Bard College baseball team, was honored as a 2025 Division III Academic All-District, an award that recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performance on the court and in the classroom. 

Famularo is studying economics and has started as the primary center fielder in all 33 games for the Raptors. He led the team with 20 RBIs, 13 stolen bases, and seven sacrifice bunts. Famularo had a .301 batting average, 31 hits, five doubles, a home run, and 12 walks in his senior season. He finished his career tied for sixth in program history with five career triples and three career home runs. 

Famularo has the fourth-most stolen bases in program history, with 30. He is a three-time Liberty League All-Academic honoree and is now a two-time CSC Academic All-District honoree.  

To be recognized on the Academic All-District Team, a student-athlete must be a sophomore or higher in class standing and enrolled full-time with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50. The student-athletes must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games.

The Academic All-District Team is selected by the College Sports Communicators.
