Will-Beane Rosenberg picked up a season-high four kills against Ramapo, and Giorgi Chikolov had a season-high eight digs against Eastern.

The Raptors and the Roadrunners split the first ten points of the match, in which Lincoln Grisso recorded Bard's first kill. At 5-8, the Raptors won three of the next four points initiated by Sidney Stein's first kill of the match. The Roadrunners went on a 9-1 run to take an 18-9 lead and cruised to the end of the set.

Ramapo took an early 10-4 lead in the second set. The Raptors answered back with an 8-4 spurt to get within two of the Roadrunners behind two kills from Pearse Esposito, one from Beane-Rosenberg, and one from Stein. Stein had four kills and Jacob Gideon had two aces in the Raptors' 7-1 run that put them up 19-17, after trailing 16-12. Ramapo had three straight points, but Bard answered in the clutch, taking six of the next seven points to win the set 25-21.

In the third set, the Roadrunners had their cleanest set of the match, committing just three errors. In the fourth, the Raptors battled to the end. They found themselves down 8-3, but went on a 4-2 stretch to get within three points. Bard cleared away a five-point deficit at 18-13, going on a 6-1 run with a kill by Ansel Waisler to tie it up at 19. Ramapo was clutch this time, taking six of the next nine points to win the match.

Stein led the Raptors in kills and aces, with ten and two, respectively. Quinn Lewis had a team-leading eight digs. Esposito had a team-high 16 assists, while Chikolov had 13. Beane-Rosenberg had a season high four kills, going 4-for-8 on attacks.

Against Eastern, Bard had more kills in the first set, 13-10. Waisler had five, while Stein slammed home four. The Raptors got ahead to a 5-1 lead as the offense started off quickly. The Eagles slowly chipped away, and Bard had a response most of the time. At 14-12, Eastern rattled off four straight points to take the lead and later on, the set.

The second set was an even exchange between the two teams. The Raptors held a slim lead up until 7-6, with two kills from Grisso and Waisler. The Raptors regained the lead and had a two-point lead at 15-13. Eastern won 11 of the next 14 points to take a six-point lead. The Raptors saved three set points, but on the fourth, Colby Arvesen recorded a kill to finish the job.

In the final set, the Eagles limited their errors to just two and played good defense at the net. They got out ahead by 12 at 19-7 before the Raptors could settle down. Bard finished the last 12 points on even terms with Eastern, but that wasn't enough to come back.

Waisler had a game-high 12 kills, adding four digs. Grisso had seven kills on a .500 hitting percentage. Stein had ten kills and five digs. Esposito dished out 17 assists while doing some damage himself with four kills. Chikolov had 14 assists in the match and dug up a season-high eight attacks.
