ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Junior Maggy Peyton and first-year Gwendolyn Jamison each scored a hat trick in the Liberty League women's lacrosse contest between Bard and Rochester, as the Yellowjackets won 25-6 on Saturday afternoon at Ferrari Field.

Bard's consistent offensive effort resulted in a goal in each period. Peyton, in a stellar performance, scored her first hat trick of the season, while Jamison showcased her prowess with her second hat trick of the year. Peyton added three draw controls. Junior Izzi Popolizio had a team-high three assists, now placing her fifth in the school record book for all-time assists. 

Junior Morgan Ruhle and Sophomore Nashua Poreda each had two ground balls. Poreda caused two turnovers, while Ruhle caused one. Graduate student Paige Gregg had a team-high four draw controls and Maya Junkins added two.

Bard will host Vassar on Wednesday at 6 p.m. for their Stick it Pink game, raising money for Miles of Hope.
