ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, NY – The Bard women's tennis team closed the 2022-23 season on Tuesday afternoon with a 9-0 win over Saint Elizabeth, led by senior Nico Gusac.
 
The team used the occasion to celebrate Gusac, who has been a force at the #1 singles spot this season for the Raptors. She was cheered on by teammates, coaches, and fans throughout Tuesday's match.
 
Gusac did not drop a game on Tuesday, winning 6-0, 6-0 at the top singles spot and pairing with Maya Kelly to win 8-0 at #1 doubles. In a career that was disrupted by the pandemic, Gusac has played throughout the lineup, and worked her way up to the top spot this season.
 
Bard enjoyed dominating performances throughout the ladder on Tuesday, finishing the season on a high note with no player dropping more than a single game in singles action.
