ROCHESTER, NY – The Bard women's lacrosse team traveled to Rochester to finish a busy Liberty League weekend, losing to the hosts by a 22-5 score.
Sophomore
Izzi Popolizio led the Raptors with two goals and two assists, bringing her points total to 28 on the season, the top mark on the team. Bard also got a goal from each of
Gloria Tucker,
Sarah Child, and
Maggy Peyton.
Child also had 10 draw controls, with three for Popolizio and two for Peyton, and
Morgan Ruhle collected three ground balls.
Martha Pasatiempo (three saves) and
Lexie Blackburn (one save) again split the goalkeeping duties for Bard.
The Raptors will visit Vassar midweek before returning home on Saturday to host Clarkson on Senior Day at 12 noon on Ferrari Field.
