PURCHASE, N.Y. – The Bard College men's volleyball team rallied for a 3-1 victory at Purchase College on Wednesday evening.
After dropping the first set 20-25, the Raptors won three straight sets, 25-21, 25-20, and 25-17.
Angel Obergh led the way for Bard with 26 kills, and
Logan Tondini (9) and
Isaiah Ortiz (8) added to the offensive output.
Georgi Chikolov had 37 assists, and newcomer
Ben Murray had five aces to help the team to its fourth win of the season. Defensively, Tondini and Ortiz each earned four blocks, and Obergh had 15 digs.
Bard is off for a week before hosting New Paltz, ranked 8
th in the country in the most recent AVCA Coaches Poll, next Wednesday evening at the Stevenson Athletic Center.
