The Bard College women's cross country team placed ninth at the 2023 Liberty League Championships held Saturday at Seneca Lake State Park in Geneva, N.Y.
Sadie Torre was the top finisher of the six Raptor runners on Saturday, placing 75th in 27:32.8. Just two places behind was
Amaya Zebe-Herrera, who ran 77th in 27:43.7
Mayerli Collantes Cook closed well as the No. 3 runner, rising three places down the stretch to finish 82nd in 28:00.9.
Odille Zexter-Kaiser was Bard's No. 4 runner, crossing the finish line in 84th place in 28:02.7.
Violet Dibiasio rounded out the Bard scoring runners with a 96th-place finish in 30:32.
Chloe Desautels posted a time of 31:04 in 98th place.
Bard will now train for the NCAA Mideast Regionals, which will be held in two weeks in Westfield, Mass.
