"It was their best day yet," Bard coach Billy Poole-Harris said. "They are trying new events and being aggressive with their approach."

Martha Gomez threw a personal best in the shot (6.35m). Victoria Bagatcholon led the women in the 60 meter dash, Elizabeth Aldous ran well in the 200, and Sophia Tighe was solid in the 400, according to Poole-Harris.

"Our women, with their combined efforts, are moving the women's program to uncharted territory," Poole-Harris said. "They are excited and gearing up for the conference championships, and are putting in the work required to shock some teams."

Up next for the Raptors is the NYC DIII meet at The Armory on Friday.
