BOSTON, Mass. - The Bard College men's and women's indoor track & field teams competed at the Ice Breaker Invitational, hosted by Suffolk University, on Saturday.
The event was held at The TRACK at New Balance in Boston.

"Today was our first meet of the 2023 season, and we're still brushing off the dust from holiday break and getting back into training mode," Bard coach Billy Poole-Harris said. "We had some personal bests out there today."
For the men,
Clemente Esponilla set a PR in the mile (4:47.07), and
Nic Soucy put together a PR in the 1K (2:52).
On the women's side,
Hawra Moochhala had two personal bests, in the 800 (2:43.9) and the 200 (28.6).
Jynaiya Grizzle also had a PR in the 200 (31.6).
"Overall, we had work to do if we want to competitive in the Liberty League Championships," Poole-Harris said. "We have a commited group that wants to get on the podium. The assignment has been given, so now we work hard and wait."
The Raptors next head to New Jersey for the Ramapo Season Opener on Friday.
