ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Bard women's soccer team battled Russell Sage College to a draw in a non-league game on Wednesday night.
Bard scored first, on a lofted strike from
Emma Kuntz in the 17th minute. Sage found the equalizer in the 64th minute.
"It was a really great showing on both sides of the ball," Bard coach
Kate Hofstede said. "Defensively, we were much more composed and pressured the attack. All of our players exuded great energy from top to bottom.
Emma Kuntz is playing really well, and will be a great competitor once Liberty League play begins."

Kylie Quinn accounted for 6Â out of the 7 total shots for the Raptors.
Seymone Rosenberg and
Sam Finn combined for nine saves.
Bard next travels to Sarah Lawrence College for a match on Saturday at noon.
